Listen up — no one does chicken food trucks like this because it’s insane work. We hand-cut every chicken, whip up our own sauces and dips, and each event is basically a four-Wingboy operation… plus Sidechicks. That means all hands on deck, chaos included, to make sure every wing is legendary.

Here's what we do: bone-in wings, boneless wings, and chicken sandwiches — all with our homemade sauces, dips, and our signature Wingboys' Blue — plus sides like french fries, fried pickles, and egg rolls.

Here's what we don't do: plated dinners, buffets with staffed table service, or a menu built around anything but chicken. We're a cook-on-site operation, not a full-service caterer.

So here’s the deal:

• We roll out only for big crowds (generally 100 people or more).

• Any catering or single events require agreement to meet our minimum cost.

• Everyone’s gotta be there—Wingboys AND Sidechicks (you know, the Wingboy wives)—to run the show smoothly
